Option 1: Vote Online
Submit your vote quickly at kammco.com/proxyvote.
Option 2: Submit a Physical Ballot
On May 1, KAMMCO sent physical proxy cards by mail to KAMMCO insureds eligible to vote.
To vote, complete the proxy vote card and return it one of the following ways:
- Mail it in the prepaid envelope sent with the Proxy Card.
- Scan your completed proxy card and email it to Barb Fencl at bfencl@kammco.com.
- Fax it to 1-785-232-4704
Deadlines
Ballot submission requested by: June 5, 2026
Final deadline to submit your vote: 10 a.m. on June 12, 2026.
