KAMMCO sent out proxy voting cards for the 2024 KAMMCO Annual Meeting on May 2. You’re considered a voting member if your medical professional liability insurance comes from KAMMCO.

Two Ways to Vote Your Proxy

Members can vote online or with their proxy card once they receive it.

Vote now at www.kammco.com/proxyvote. It’s easy and will only take a few moments.

Vote with Your Proxy Card

Complete the proxy voting card you’ll receive in the mail, then return your card in one of the following ways:

• Mail. Send it back using the postage-paid envelope in your packet.

• Email. Scan it and email it to Barbara Fencl at bfencl@kammco.com.

• Fax. Fax it to 785-232-4704

If you didn’t receive your individualized proxy card – your name will be printed on the lower right corner – please check with your practice administrator or download a copy of the proxy card here.

Voting Deadline

Please submit your proxy vote by June 14, 2024; however, proxy votes will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024.
