Preparing now can help ensure a smooth renewal process this fall. Whether you’ve had changes in staffing, contact information, or simply want to avoid delays, taking a few proactive steps can help expedite your 2027 policy renewal.
Report Practice and Contact Information Changes Early
If a team member has recently left or will leave your practice before the end of 2026, please submit cancellation paperwork now. Early updates help our underwriting team process your renewal efficiently.
If your email, residential address, or other contact information has changed during 2026, notify us as soon as possible. Send updates to underwriting@kammco.com with the subject line Contact Information Changes.
Watch Your Email for Renewal Communications
Starting in September, our underwriting department will contact you by email regarding your policy renewal, unless you have specifically requested paper correspondence.
Renewal emails may include:
- Renewal instructions
- Policy documents
- Premium invoices
- Premium financing documents
To ensure you receive these communications, check your spam or junk folders and add KAMMCO to your email contacts or safe sender list.
Complete Your 2027 Renewal Application
All policyholders must complete and return an updated renewal application for their 2027 policy. Prompt submission helps us process your renewal without unnecessary delay.
Tips to Expedite Your Policy Renewal
To expedite the renewal process and ensure timely provider credentialing, follow these best practices:
- Submit all renewal paperwork fully completed, with any changes clearly identified.
- Notify us of any changes as early as possible to reduce processing delays during peak renewal season.
- Pay your premium invoice promptly upon receipt.
- Use ACH payments rather than mailing a check to avoid postal delays.
- Submit payment by November 30 to ensure your provider’s compliance is reported to the Health Care Stabilization Fund (HCSF) before January 1.
By taking these steps now, you will streamline your renewal process and support timely provider credentialing in the new year.
