When healthcare risk is well-managed, everyone wins. That’s why we offer our members financial incentives in the form of premium credits to take advantage of the risk management and loss prevention education we provide.

KAMMCO offers eligible individually insured KAMMCO and KAMMCO Casualty members the chance to earn a 5% loss prevention credit and a 2% risk management credit on their 2026 policy renewal. Find out how below.

Loss Prevention Credit (5%)

Individually Insured Members

By participating in the 2025 Loss Prevention Education Program, our individual insureds receive a 5% premium credit on their 2025 annual premium.

Insured Facilities

For insured facilities to receive the 5% loss prevention credit, the facility administrator or risk manager must complete the Loss Prevention program.

2025 Loss Prevention Program Details

Information on participating in the Loss Prevention program is available on the 2025 Loss Prevention Page.

Risk Management Credit (2%)

Individually Insured Members

KAMMCO partners with the Med-IQ Online Learning Center to offer our members no-cost online risk management courses. Eligible members have until September 30, 2025, to take at least one course from the 2025 Med-IQ Course List to receive a 2% premium credit.

This is a one-time credit. Taking more than one course from the 2025 Med-IQ Course List does not earn additional premium credit.

Insured Facilities

In order for insured facilities to receive the 2% risk management credit, the facility administrator or risk manager must complete one of the 2025 Med-IQ Courses.

Continuing Education Credits

Med-IQ courses are accredited for continuing education credits (CME and CNE).

In addition, some of the courses meet the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts' “Category III” continuing education requirement.

For information on accessing Med-IQ and downloading continuing education certificates, go to the Med-IQ Online Learning Center page on the KAMMCO website.
