New for 2024, KAMMCO is using ACH withdrawals to process members’ quarterly premium payments. The new system provides convenience, faster processing time, and increased security.

How will the new ACH system work?

Upon policy renewal, members who pay their annual premium in four quarterly installments must now elect to do so through ACH debits.

Members will use the new Election of Payment form on the Policy Renewal Resources page to choose from three payment methods: 1) Payment in full, 2) Third-party financing, or 3) Installments. Members who choose quarterly installment payments will be required to fill out the Authorization Agreement for Installment Collection, which can be found on the second page of the Election of Payment Form.

Important Reminder for Members Using ACH Debits

For those who have already elected to pay by quarterly installment, please remember to notify your accounts payable staff that they no longer need to cut checks to send to KAMMCO.

Additionally, submitting a separate payment could cause an accidental double payment when the ACH is taken from your account.
