What you do online is part of your digital footprint and can impact your professional life. This program will explore how your online activity when viewed by patients, licensing boards or plaintiffs’ attorneys can leave your reputation in shambles. We will discuss why rants and raves are dangerous and how meme’s can be used to tarnish your character.  We will also look at managing privacy settings, postings that breach confidentiality and violate HIPAA, responding to online negative reviews and what action you can take to minimize your liability risk.

The healthcare team, including Risk Managers, Office Managers, Hospital/Facility Administrators, Nurses, Physicians, Non Physician Providers and other healthcare professionals.
