Join KAMMCO Risk Management Advisors Yolanda Sims, JD, MHA, and Connie Christian, MBA, CPHRM, as they provide you with practical strategies for managing challenging patient behaviors. Learn how to respond effectively to unauthorized recordings during clinical visits and negative feedback on social media.

In addition, our experts will share techniques to foster a secure and supportive environment for both your staff and patients. They’ll also guide you through the nuanced process of when and how to professionally conclude a patient-provider relationship.
