Let us know if your email address, residential address, or other contact information changed in 2025. Email your changes to underwriting@kammco.com using the subject line Contact Information Changes.
Check Your Email for Policy Renewal Communications
Starting in September, our underwriting department will use email to communicate with you about your policy renewal, unless you have specifically requested paper communication.
Items we will transmit by email include:
- Renewal instructions
- Policy documents
- Premium invoices
- Premium financing documents
Make sure to check your spam or junk folders for our emails and add us to your email contact “safe” list.

Tips to Expedite Your Policy Renewal
Want to speed up the renewal process and ensure your providers are credentialed early? Follow these best practices:
- Submit all paperwork fully completed with any changes clearly outlined
- Send any changes early to reduce processing delays in peak renewal season
- Pay your premium invoice immediately upon receipt
- Use ACH payment instead of mailing a check to avoid postal delays
- Pay by November 30 to ensure your provider’s compliance is reported to the Health Care Stabilization Fund (HCSF) before January 1
