This program will explore how your online activity, when viewed by patients, licensing boards, or plaintiffs’ attorneys, can leave your reputation in shambles. We will discuss why rants and raves are dangerous and how memes can be used to tarnish your character. We will also look at managing privacy settings, postings that breach confidentiality and violate HIPAA, responding to online negative reviews, and what action you can take to minimize your liability risk.
