Please note: There are required registration fields as indicated by an asterisk (*). These fields assist KAMMCO with the accurate processing of attendance for eligible policy premium credit and provide guidance for attendees in completing the steps necessary for continuing medical education (CME) credit.

First and last name, email address, phone number, designation (MD, DO, PA, APRN, etc.), and organization/facility are mandatory fields needed to ensure eligible policy premium discounts. Also, this timely contact information is important should we have any questions regarding your event registration.

KAMMCO requires verification of attendance by signature on a roster at the live events in order for eligible insureds to receive premium credit and/or Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit.

Within one week after each live event session is concluded, attendees will receive an email from Stormont Vail CloudCME with log in information and evaluation instructions. Once the evaluation is completed, attendees can download and print a CME certificate or certificate of attendance. If you do not receive an email within this time frame, you can log in to your CloudCME account here: stormontvail.cloud-cme, verify your attendance has been recorded and complete the evaluation. If you need assistance with your CloudCME account, please call 785.357.2820.
