Analytics Dashboards

Kansas physicians and hospitals actively contributing HL7 or CCD data to the KHIN exchange will benefit from access to aggregate clinical data in the longitudinal patient through web-based dashboards. These dashboards include: The Tier 1 dashboard package will not only prove extremely helpful to providers transitioning to new payment models, but will favorably impact managing patient care.

As is often said, timing is everything. With word spreading of the MACRA Final Rule released several weeks ago, questions and concerns of how to thrive in the new era of healthcare are on the rise. According to CMS, MACRA aims to create a more relevant, patient-centered Medicare program by promoting quality patient care while controlling escalating costs through the Quality Payment Program (QPP). The QPP has two tracks you can choose, the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) or the Advanced Alternative Payment Models. The MIPS composite score consists of three performance categories for the 2017 reporting year: Quality, Clinical Practice Improvement and Advancing Care Information. The KHS analytics dashboard reports now available are designed to help prepare physicians and hospitals for MIPS reporting in all three categories.

An average practice in Kansas consists of three to five providers. The annual KHS Tier 1 analytics subscription cost for a KaMMCO insured group with three eligible providers is $270, or $90 per eligible provider. The KHS Tier 1 dashboard subscription pricing has been set at a price-point intended to cover the initial development cost. Specially discounted pricing, as illustrated above, is extended to KaMMCO insured providers and hospitals as a KaMMCO member benefit. CLICK HERE FOR PRICING

As a physician-led subsidiary of KaMMCO, KHS makes it a priority to capture the voice of the physician in development and delivery of the KHS products and services. The KHS Tier 1 analytics dashboard reports were developed collaboratively by the business intelligence team working directly with a pilot group of nine Kansas physicians and hospital professionals.

Web-based analytics subscribers can run and view reports derived from the patient data in the health information exchange, as well as download and import the data into other software tools. The dashboards present report details in a dynamic way, allowing the authorized user to manipulate the view of the data and isolate key data points. CLICK HERE FOR SAMPLE ANALYTIC REPORTS
